Somers Town Festival – the 8th!

We ‘re thrilled to have the Somers Town festival back on Saturday July the 9th with a great line up, including a Squeeze member.

This year is dedicated in memory of Steve Denholm and Alan Paterson (RIP) who sadly passed away in the last few years and co-founded the Festival of Cultures. The current festival organisers carry on this great tradition in style!

How to get involved?

Contact the organisers at if you wish to take part or have a table.

A great line up is planned and local groups will take part – e.g, Go to the community-run People’s Museum is open for a trip down memory lane .
The museum is presenting plans for a new artwork for Somers Town and wants your feedback.

Memorial to founders

A permanent memorial to the two is planned to be on Chalton Street later this summer. Anyone who wishes to contribute or be part of this.

This is your festival The more you are represented in the festival, the better the festival becomes. Do you cook? Make clothes? Wanna sell stuff? Wanna perform?
Well we wanna know. And we have a strong emphasis on people in the local area, youth and community groups, clubs and schools. This is YOUR festival.
Got views on what we need more of? Let us know. Feel left out or unrepresented? No need…..

Reach out, and let’s make the 2023 festival……….your way.
